For the price I paid, I got great value. The room was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection could have been better.

I always come back because I love it here. The staff is great, they even helped me find my lost necklace. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, kettle, cookware, TV. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

The apartment had a decent kitchen and bathroom, which were in good condition. the location was convenient, being close to the city center and a 12-minute walk from the nearby campus. It was nice to have the option to cook my own meals and not rely on eating out every day.
The apartment lacked cleanliness and attention to detail. the exterior and shared stairs were unwelcoming, dirty, and had an unpleasant odor.

The location of the hotel, nestled between two shops in a small parade of shops, offers easy access to the city center and St Luke's campus, making it convenient for families with kids. the apartment itself is nicely decorated and adequately meets the needs of guests. the kitchen is well-equipped, allowing for the preparation of meals, and there is a flat-screen TV and WiFi available for entertainment.
The parking situation could be an issue , as there is no allocated free parking and limited options nearby.

We had a fantastic visit to the Newton Abbot Racecourse, just a short 27 km drive from the hotel. The children were thrilled to watch the exhilarating horse races and we all enjoyed the lively atmosphere. It was a great day out for the whole family and a wonderful addition to our stay at Number 11 in Exeter.
For dads, it would be great if there were more recreational activities for children nearby.

I had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located apartment, just a 12-minute walk from St Luke's campus. It was great to have a kitchen where I could prepare my own meals and not have to eat out every day. the apartment itself was presentable and had everything I needed for the week. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the milk and granola provided for breakfast. Cons: Cleaning could be improved, but the important areas were fine. No issues 👍.

My friends and I had such a sick time staying at Number 11 in Exeter! It was only like a short drive away from Newton Abbot Racecourse, which was epic because we love watching the horse races. And Exeter itself was so lit, with loads of banging restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the place had everything we needed, like a wicked kitchen and a comfy bed. it was a peng spot for a sick weekend with the squad!
The only thing we wished was that there was a sick rooftop terrace or balcony at Number 11. It would have been top-notch for us to chill and have a mad pre-drinks sesh before hitting the town.

The apartment was hella close to all the action, just a short walk away from the Newton Abbot Racecourse, where we had a wild time cheering for our favorite horses. Plus, being so near the city center meant we could hit up all the hip restaurants and shops whenever we wanted. And the best part? The apartment had all the snacks and drinks we needed to keep our energy up for the non-stop fun!
The only thing we wished for was a banging sound system in the apartment. We wanted to pump up the volume and throw a sick party, but the lack of a proper sound system kinda put a damper on our plans.

Excellent Location: This apartment is perfectly situated, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Sandy Park Rugby Stadium and a short drive from the picturesque Powderham Castle. It felt like being in the heart of all the action!
Bath Faucet Leakage: The only minor issue encountered was a small leakage when hot water was turned on in the compact bathroom sink.
